Hello! I’m El a proud single mother to two incredible children: a sweet two-year-old boy and a strong, beautiful five-year-old girl.
I was born in Long Island, New York, and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. Life has thrown me more curveballs than I can count, and for a long time, I lived in survival mode. After enduring an abusive relationship and nearly losing myself, everything changed the day I looked into my daughter’s eyes while holding her in my arms. In that moment, I made a promise:
She will never grow up thinking that pain is love. That was the beginning of my healing, and the start of my purpose.
I left the chaos, the trauma, and the past behind. With God, faith, and a fire in my spirit, I began again.
EC Photos was born not just from a love of photography, but from a deeper mission:
To create a life for my children built on strength, legacy, and truth.
To capture the moments we never want to forget.
To honor every story, every smile, every second, because life is too short not to.
What Started It All
