By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

    •    A non-refundable retainer of 25%is required to secure your date.

    •    The remaining balance is due on or before your session.

    •    Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash, Check.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

    •    Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.

    •    Late cancellations result in forfeiture of retainer.

    •    Weather or emergencies = reschedule at no extra cost.

3. Session Details

    •    Arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten your session.

    •    EC Photos is not responsible for client delays.

4. Image Delivery

    •    Edited images delivered via online gallery within time we discussed.

    •    Extra edits beyond the package = additional charge.

5. Copyright & Usage

    •    Images remain copyright of EC Photos.

    •    Clients receive personal use rights for printing and sharing.

    •    EC Photos may use images for portfolio and marketing, unless requested otherwise.

6. Liability

    •    EC Photos is not liable for circumstances beyond control (equipment failure, accidents, etc.).
