Refund & Reschedule Policy

    •    Refunds: Retainers are non-refundable as they secure your session date.

    •    Reschedules: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional cost.

    •    Cancellations: Cancellations after 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the retainer.

    •    Weather or Emergencies: In the event of severe weather or unforeseen emergencies, your session will be rescheduled at no extra charge.

    •    No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their session without notice will forfeit all payments made.
